Refreshments are provided and there is no charge to attend the meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Parents come from all over Essex and are given a warm and friendly welcome but sadly there is not enough support available in the community.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a course and is made to feel very informal with the option to \u2018drop in\u2019 to meetings as and when they feel the fusion-text-3\"><p>There is a bond between parents who have lost a child, and talking to someone who can relate and understand the feelings help you to realise you are not alone as it can be a very isolating place.<\/p>\n<p>The death of a child is probably the most devastating experience any parent will face and there are so many different emotions and feelings.<\/p>\n<p>Anxiety \/ stress \/ panic attacks \/ depression \/ anger \/ disbelief \/ frustration \/ heartache \/ guilt \/ numbness \/ acceptance \/ sweating \/ fear are to name but a few.<\/p>\n<p>Our meetings are interesting and informative and to suggest different ways to help with the different emotions that can affect the bereaved families.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a selection of books available for families to borrow,
